We have just completed an equity offering with seed-venture fund Springfondet, a fund own by Kistefos.

Springfondet will invest 1 million NOK, in Boitho. This prices the company to 5 million NOK. 1 million NOK are about 160 000 U.S. dollars.

I hope sow to. More success stories will benefit everyone in the lung run, and help establish information retrieval as a large scientific field.


We are also now in the last stages of hire a professional ceo. I think this can work out very well for us.
